FAQ for Vendors

When is vendor setup?

Setup begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the event. All vendors must be finished and ready for visitors by 8:45 AM. Unloading is permitted near the entrance, but vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.  The Bazaar ends at 3:00 and we ask that vendors don’t pack up before that time.

What are the booth fees?

Booth fees go directly toward our scholarship fund. Two sizes of booths are available: 8’x7’ for $15 and 8’x14’ for $25. Please bring your own tables. Power access is limited and offered on a first come - first serve basis.

What items are provided with my space?

Coffee is on the house!  One meal voucher is supplied per registered vendor (good for breakfast or lunch). Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, linens, signage, and display stands. All displays must stay within the allocated booth boundaries.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, as funds are committed to the community scholarship program. If the event is cancelled by the Association, all fees will be returned.
